As part of our family-owned optical practice, Laura plays a key behind-the-scenes role in keeping our business running smoothly. With a strong background in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial management, she ensures that operations stay organized, compliant, ad efficient. Working from home, she supports the team with care and precision just like the personalized service we provide to our patients every day.

Nicole Drury

Office Manager

Nicole handles all of our insurance claims and billing. She is great at multitasking, so you might also see her helping out in the optical or doing some receptionist work! She would be glad to help you if you have any insurance questions. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Rachel Baier

Optical Manager

Rachel handles our optical services and is our fashion frame expert. She will be glad to help you find your perfect pair of glasses. She can also help if you need your glasses repaired or adjusted. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys running and spending time with her friends and family.

Tavia Souvigny

Lead Technician

Tavia is one of our technicians. In her off time, she can be found outside spending time with her dogs and chickens, watching a hockey game with her husband, or in the kitchen trying a new recipe.


Melissa Weeks

Licensed Optician

Melissa comes to our practice with over twenty five years experience as a licensed Optician. She enjoys staying educated and up to date about the latest technology and advancements in lenses and frame fashion. In her spare time, Melissa enjoys spending time with her children, going to the beach and lake, watching baseball, and gardening.


Erica Smith

Receptionist/Billing

Erica is one of our Receptionist and also does billing. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, riding four wheelers, exploring the great outdoors, and going to theme parks with her husband.
